In Accompaniment, we bring the conversation out of the session and into your life. Our ongoing dialogue happens through voice messages, a space where you can share what’s alive in the moment and receive presence, reflection, and guidance that meets you right where you are. You receive a steady thread of connection and care that helps you move through life with more clarity, compassion, and grounded self-trust.

Through presence-based coaching, encounter work, and accompaniment, I walk with you as a guide, helping you to explore what’s happening in your inner world. We work with the parts of you that feel stuck, unseen, or disconnected. Together we work to facilitate presence, aiding you to encounter the truth of your experience and the wisdom within you.
This isn’t about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about learning to be with yourself in a new way: with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.

No. While I am a licensed therapist in the state of Ohio, the offerings on this site, Encounter, Accompaniment, Deepen, and Group Work, are not psychotherapy and are not a substitute for therapy or treatment.
There is no diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical records in our work. This is Human-to-Human Healing. I utilize coaching, mentoring, and presence-based personal work, to help anyone seeking to deepen self-understanding and live more freely. -
Therapy often focuses on healing symptoms, addressing trauma, or working toward specific mental health goals. My coaching and accompaniment work does not include this type of clinical treatment and focuses on human encounters. We focus on slowing down enough to listen to what’s real inside you through authentic human presence.
Additionally, this work is not regulated by any professional therapy or ethics boards. There are no diagnoses, treatment plans, or mental health assessments. I do not treat mental health disorders, or work to reduce psychological symptoms related to mental health conditions.
Finally, this work is for those who are emotionally stable but long for deeper connection and personal integration. It is not for those who are currently debilitated due to mental health conditions outlined by DSM-V-TR.

It depends on the offering:
Encounter Sessions — a single, 90-minute deep-dive into what’s most alive right now. Think of it as one honest, transformative conversation that can shift the way you relate to yourself.
Journey — a three-session arc designed to sustain and expand the Encounter experience. We walk together over several weeks, weaving insight into lived experience.
Deepen — a five-session immersion for those ready to engage in more intensive inner work and integration.
Accompaniment — month-to-month voice-message based coaching through a secure app, allowing for daily reflection and steady presence in the midst of life.
Group Work — intimate process groups where we explore relationship in the here-and-now. We foster authenticity, and step into the freedom that comes through connecting with our shared humanity.
Couples Work — I am preparing to include couples work in my listings. If you are interested please reach out - for those wanting to move deeper into connection with their partner, I also offer Marathon Sessions for couples. These are 4.5-hour or 7.5-hour intensive coaching sessions using Gottman Method principles. We take breaks for meals and move through the core patterns that keep you stuck, creating space for repair, understanding, and renewed intimacy.

It varies. I offer short term packages in my Intensive Sessions (Encounter, Journey & Deepen, as well as longer term support through Accompaniment. Some begin with a single Encounter and feel complete for a season. Others stay in Accompaniment for 3–6 months (or longer) as they integrate the rhythm into their life.
Transformation has its own pace and I honor that.

You can expect sincerity and goodwill from me. My aim is to be fully present, to truly encounter you. You’ll be met exactly as you are. We’ll follow what’s most alive in the moment, whether that’s pain, insight, confusion, or calm. My role is to help you see yourself more clearly and hold what you find with compassion and grounded awareness.
There’s no script, but there is a soft frame. I’ll help you orient yourself and stay anchored in your experience. Typically our sessions will begin with us reviewing your intention for our time, and answering any questions you might have. I will spend a few minutes describing our work, and then we will begin our session. Typically I begin the sessions by asking “Where shall we begin.” Our work is present focused, and I will continually invite you to notice what is emerging in the present moment, and learn to pay attention to that with curiosity and compassion.

You can prepare however you would like for the session. It may be helpful to take some time to reflect on what you would like to focus on, but there is no formal preparation necessary.
Immediately before our session, it can help to pause for a few moments, take a breath, notice what’s here, and bring whatever feels present. No need to perform or plan. We start where you are. -
Emotions are part of the process. They are not problems to solve; they’re information. I’ll hold space for whatever arises, gently and safely, and help you to hold your experience with compassion. In our work, you never have to rush or hide. This is a place for you to find peace, being exactly as you are, with someone who has the capacity to hold you in the midst of your chaotic experiences.

No. These are coaching and mentoring offerings, not clinical therapy, so insurance reimbursement does not apply. Payment is made directly at the time of booking.

Yes, many of the people I work with are also in therapy. This work often deepens and integrates what you explore in therapy, bridging insight and embodiment.
