MODULE 1

Introduction

An overview of how mindfulness supports emotional regulation and resilience. You’ll discover how to use awareness as an anchor when emotions feel overwhelming, and begin setting the foundation for your practice.

MODULE 2

Breath as Anchor

Learn to rest your attention on the natural rhythm of your breath. This simple yet powerful practice teaches you how to pause, notice, and breathe through big moments, returning to steadiness and calm.

MODULE 3

Investigative Awareness

Develop the capacity to stay present with openness and curiosity. You’ll learn to observe emotions as sensations that move through you, rather than stories that define you.

MODULE 4

RAINN

Deepen your mindfulness with the RAINN framework: Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Not Personal, Nurture.
This practice helps you hold space for big emotions like anger, grief, or fear — not to make them disappear, but to relate to them with wisdom and compassion.
