Through daily voice message exchanges (Mon–Fri), you’ll receive personalized reflections, questions, and guidance that help you process what is most difficult in the moment, and explore whats keeping you stuck in past. Through Accompaniment, I provide a steady, compassionate presence while walking with you, not to fix you, but to help you find your own way home.

We start with a full, 90-minute Encounter session, creating the foundation for our daily work. During this session we honor who you are, what you’re carrying, and what you’re longing for.

From there, we begin the rhythm.

Day by day, message by message, we hold space for the full texture of your experience, not just the “big things,” but the little ones too. Through the trust and safety of our relationship, you will deepen both self-awareness, and self-compassion.

Through a secure app, you’ll send voice messages, sharing what is most important in the moment as it unfolds. I will listen, reflect, and respond to your message within 24 hours Monday through Friday, providing guidance, reflection, support, and exploration.

A rhythm of daily reflection that turns ordinary moments into invitations for presence and exploration. It’s like a daily journal that talks back, but your not just talking to a journal. Your talking to a guide who knows how to be present to you in the midst of all the chaos.

It’s a daily rhythm designed to help you:

  • Integrate insight into your everyday life

  • Anchor clarity, self-leadership, and care

Over time, this rhythm becomes a kind of practice, a way of being with yourself that’s more spacious, aware, and alive.

  • This isn’t about chasing results, in fact, the “results agenda” is often what keeps us stuck. Healing, growth, and presence unfold in their own time. Many people notice that within the first month, they feel more connected to themselves and grounded in daily life. Over 3–6 months, this rhythm often deepens into a lived sense of self-trust, compassion, and embodied insight.

  • Accompaniment runs on a month-to-month basis. There’s no contract or long-term obligation. You’re free to stay as long as the process feels meaningful and alive for you. Most people choose to remain for 3–6 months as they integrate this daily rhythm into their lives.

  • No. While I’m a licensed therapist in the state of Ohio, Accompaniment is part of my personal coaching and mentoring work — focused on presence, integration, and self-discovery, not diagnosis or treatment.

  • Because Accompaniment is a coaching and mentorship offering rather than psychotherapy, it is not eligible for insurance reimbursement. All payments are out-of-pocket and made directly through a secure online portal.

  • Once you begin, we establish a rhythm of daily voice message exchanges (Monday through Friday). You’ll share reflections, questions, or whatever feels alive for you that day through a secure voice messaging app. I’ll respond with personalized reflections, grounding prompts, and presence-based guidance that helps you slow down, notice, and integrate what’s happening beneath the surface.


    It’s not about advice or performance, it’s about being met, one message at a time. Over time, this becomes a living practice of awareness and compassionate self-relationship woven into the fabric of your everyday life.

  • No. I do not offer crisis counseling or any form of mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need immediate support, please contact a licensed mental health professional in your area or reach out to emergency services.
